Kinlochleven is home to the largest indoor ice climbing wall in the world.
Moving west will take you to Ardnamurchan, the wild peninsula which ends at the most westerly point on the British mainland.
Travelling north you will pass through Glenfinnan, with Bonnie Prince Charlie connections and the Jacobite Steam Train, more recently recognized as Harry Potter’s Hogwart’s Express.
Also within easy reach is the Isle of Skye with it’s dramatic mountain scenery.
